Soul Worth

A place to come back to yourself A supportive membership to understand yourself, nurture your psychological wellbeing and reconnect with what matters. There are times when we know we want something to feel different, but we’re not quite sure what needs to change. Perhaps you’ve spent years being there for other people. Perhaps you understand yourself quite well, but still find yourself caught in familiar patterns. Perhaps life has simply become so full that you’ve lost touch with your own needs, values, joy or sense of direction. Soul Worth is a place to come back to yourself. A place to understand yourself more deeply, tend to your emotional and psychological wellbeing, and gently create

Think of Soul Worth as your sanctuary

Not  somewhere you have to keep up. Somewhere you can learn and grow, pause and be nourished, reflect and reconnect. Inside the sanctuary are different places to spend your time, depending on what you need.

The Soul Worth Library
This is where we learn and grow. Your growing library of masterclasses, Soul Notes, EFT practices, visualisations, reflections and psychological tools is housed in New Zenler. You can listen to the audio practices while walking, resting or simply taking a little time for yourself, and return to previous themes whenever they feel relevant again. There is no need to work through everything in order. Follow what feels useful to you now.

Soul Pause
A place to pause and be nourished. Soul Pause is our weekly live gathering in Skool. A little space in the week to step away from the noise, settle, breathe and reconnect with yourself through guided visualisation and gentle reflective practice. You don’t need to prepare anything or arrive feeling a particular way. Simply come as you are. And if you can’t join us live, you can return to the replay when you need it.

The Summer House
A place to linger and revisit. Also in Skool, The Summer House holds the archived content from our Self-Acceptance Circle. Think of it as somewhere you can wander back into when an old theme becomes relevant again. There is no expectation to complete it. Browse. Revisit. Stay with something for a while. The resources are there whenever you want to return to them.

What we explore inside Soul Worth

Our themes change and develop throughout the year, but everything we do comes back to helping you build a kinder, steadier and more trusting relationship with yourself.
We explore things such as:
•self-worth and self-acceptance
•understanding your nervous system
•values and living in alignment with what matters
•emotional patterns and old beliefs
•boundaries, needs and your relationship with yourself
•self-compassion and psychological wellbeing •making room for rest, pleasure and joy
•reconnecting with the parts of yourself that can become lost in the busyness of life
This isn’t simply about understanding these things intellectually. Through teaching, reflection, EFT, visualisation and embodied practices, you have opportunities to experience them differently too.

You don’t have to keep up

This matters.
Soul Worth is not another programme to fall behind with.
Some months you may want to immerse yourself in the teaching.
Some weeks Soul Pause may be exactly what you need.
Sometimes you may find yourself wandering back into The Summer House or returning to an audio you first heard months ago.
And sometimes you may simply need to let everything be there, knowing you can return when you’re ready.
The sanctuary remains open.

What Soul Worth can feel like

Sometimes the best way to understand Soul Worth is to hear from the women who are already part of it.

"It's my safe space where I feel heard and seen"
I have learnt so much about myself and my nervous system patterns and triggers, and techniques to help me manage them.
I have leant to speak up more, put boundaries in place when I need to and to know my worth more. I now know that my feelings are important too.
I would definitely recommend Soul Worth to anyone thinking of joining. You will be part of a supportive group of lovely people and have access to incredible knowledge.
Jenny

"I feel like I can breathe again"
Before Soul Worth, I had spent 20 years putting everyone else before myself. I was a mother, wife and employee, but somewhere along the way i had lost me.
Soul Worth has taught me so much about my nervous system, learned behaviours and, most importantly why I respond to things the way I do.
I'm calmer, more at peace with myself and beginning to recognise my nervous system responses rather than simply judging myself for them.
I'm so grateful I said yes.
Laura

Perhaps Soul Worth is for you if…

You’re tired of always being the one who copes.
You’ve done plenty of thinking and understanding, but want something that reaches a little deeper.
You want to make more room for yourself without turning self-care into another task.
You want practical psychological tools alongside warmth, reflection and gentle embodied practices.
Or perhaps you simply have a sense that you would like to feel more at home in your own life.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need before you arrive.
You can begin where you are.

Come into the sanctuary

Soul Worth gives you somewhere to return to throughout the changing seasons of your life.
A place to learn and grow. A place to pause and receive. A place to revisit what has nourished you before.
And, perhaps most importantly, a place to keep coming back to yourself.

With love, Beverley xx

Why Soul Worth stays small

Why Soul Worth stays small  Soul Worth is intentionally a small membership.  I want it to remain a place where people are known, individual voices don't get lost, and there is a genuine sense of connection and belonging.  Keeping the community small also allows me to remain personally involved and to bring the warmth, thoughtfulness and care that are such an important part of Soul Worth.  For that reason, the doors aren't continuously open. I welcome a small number of new members at particular times, when there is space within the community.  If Soul Worth feels as though it might be right for you, you're very welcome to join the waiting list. I'll let you know when the next places become available.

Meet Your Guide

Beverley Harper is an Integrative  Psychotherapist, EMDR therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner  and trainer with  more than twenty years' experience helping people understand themselves, create meaningful and lasting change and develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with themselves.

Her approach brings together practical psychology, nervous system awareness and compassion with a strong belief that insight is most useful when it can be translated into something that makes a difference in everyday life  and therapeutic tools that can be applied in everyday life.

Beverley’s work is warm, relational and grounded. Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers, she helps people understand what may be happening beneath their thoughts, feelings and patterns, while offering practical tools they can use in their own lives.

Whether she is working with clients, teaching therapists or creating accessible psychological resources, her aim is the same: to make good psychological support understandable, useful and genuinely human.
