Self Worth Integration

A Three-Part On-Demand Masterclass Series for Therapists

A Three-Part On-Demand Masterclass Series

Course Summary

Low self-worth rarely begins with a thought. It develops through experience, relationships and adaptation, becoming woven into the way a person relates to themselves and others. This three-part professional masterclass explores why cognitive understanding alone is often not enough. Bringing together nervous system awareness, self-acceptance, relational work and practical therapeutic approaches, the series offers a deeper, more integrated way of understanding and working with low self-worth in the therapy room.

What you will learn

 • Why low self-worth is more than a cognitive problem
 • How early experiences shape the relationship with self
 • The role of the nervous system in maintaining patterns of low self-worth
 • Why safety often needs to come before cognitive challenge
 • How self-acceptance creates a foundation for meaningful change
 • How low self-worth shows up through boundaries, relationships and people-pleasing
 • Ways to help clients develop a more compassionate and supportive relationship with themselves
 • How to integrate these ideas into your existing therapeutic approach

What You Receive

 • Three recorded professional masterclasses
• Audio versions of all three classes
• A workbook accompanying each class
• Supporting resources and exercises
• A Domain Mapping and Integration Guide
• Ongoing access, so you can return to the material whenever it is useful

Watch, Listen or Read

I know that we all learn differently, and that finding time for professional development can sometimes be as much of a challenge as finding the right training. Each of the three masterclasses is available in both video and audio format. You can sit down and watch the original teaching sessions, listen while walking or travelling. Alongside the recordings, you will also have the accompanying workbooks and resources to help you reflect on the material and translate it into your own clinical practice.

About these Masterclasses

These masterclasses were originally delivered live to therapists within my professional membership community. I have brought the three sessions together here as an on-demand series because they form a complete and practical framework for working with low self-worth.  The recordings retain the feel of the original live teaching sessions, including the examples, reflections and clinical discussion that emerged as we worked through the material together.
Deepen Your Work with Self-Worth
If you work with clients who can understand intellectually that they have worth, but struggle to experience or live from that knowing, this series will give you a broader framework for understanding what may be getting in the way and practical ways of working with it in the therapy room.

Meet Your Guide

Beverley Harper is an Integrative  Psychotherapist, EMDR therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner  and trainer with  more than twenty years' experience helping people understand themselves, create meaningful and lasting change and develop a kinder, more supportive relationship with themselves.

Her approach brings together practical psychology, nervous system awareness and compassion with a strong belief that insight is most useful when it can be translated into something that makes a difference in everyday life  and therapeutic tools that can be applied in everyday life.

Beverley’s work is warm, relational and grounded. Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers, she helps people understand what may be happening beneath their thoughts, feelings and patterns, while offering practical tools they can use in their own lives.

Whether she is working with clients, teaching therapists or creating accessible psychological resources, her aim is the same: to make good psychological support understandable, useful and genuinely human.
